Capture. State the ticker or investment, your thesis, conviction, key assumptions, and at least one reversal condition. Ask ChatGPT to propose it to Capital Record.
Retrieve. Ask ChatGPT to retrieve your Capital Record investment context before discussing a holding or decision. Request sources and freshness when they matter.
Correct. Identify the record and the inaccurate detail. Ask for an edited proposal, inspect it, and explicitly approve the corrected version.
Reject. If a proposed belief is not yours, reject or dismiss it. It will not become canonical merely because it appeared in a conversation.
Retract or restore. Ask to retract a record you no longer want used in normal retrieval. Where supported, you can restore it later while preserving history.
Delete. Ask Capital Record to delete your account. Confirm only after ChatGPT shows the exact destructive action and required confirmation phrase.
